U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.One of the reasons why highly skilled immigrants immigrate to the Netherlands is the 5-year citizenship rule. If this rule is changed to 10 years, these people, after living and using the benefits in the Netherlands, will easily move to another country to get better benefits. When the Netherlands does not make an effort to naturalize them, they will have no loyalty.
