I believe extending the naturalization period would be discouraging for skilled migrants who already contribute to Dutch society, The current 5-year period is a good balance between integration and offering long-term stability for families and professionals, Making it longer may make the Netherlands less attractive for international talent.

I highly recommend to stick to 5-years.
