Wat vindt u van deze concept regelgeving?
Firstly I am a UK resident who can only reply in English, I hope that doesn't immediately discount the value or otherwise of my viewpoint.
I live in a very rural part of the UK, many miles away from a Vape retail store so can empathise with Dutch consumers if an online ban was introduced.
Firstly it would discriminate against the poor, the elderly and indeed anyone who hasn't got a motor vehicle at their disposal. To classify vaping the same as for tobacco products (regarding online purchasing) would also send a false message that Smokers and the general publike would reinforce misapprehension of the comparative dangers of the two products. I know of no credible Scientist or Health body that would classify the harms of the two products to be remotely similar.
If the thoughts of the proposal were to limit and curtail the danger of sales to under 18's then quite sophisticated measures could and are used by online retailers to minimise this.
I foresee a potential rise in black market supply with all of the unintended consequences that could bring if the proposals on restricting online access were applied, along with a return to Smoking amongst the very groups mentioned in my opening comment (the poor, those with no access to transport who may live many miles away from a vape store).
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to make a reply

ps
a simple declaration, I am a UK consumer who has no ties, affiliations, stocks or shares, indeed any connection whatsoever either with a tobacco company, e-cigarette company or any retail outlet selling these items
