This regulation will be harmful to all vapers who are using this type of products as a smoking cessation option and as a healthier alternative to smoking. It will not only push some of them to pick up smoking again, but it might also push some vapers to buy their supplies from illicit, non-regulated sources (read black market). The best way of tackling the issues around vaping is to make tighter rules around accessing the products. This means enforcing rules to prevent teenagers from purchasing by applying the same rules as for alcohol deliveries (ID check by the courier).
