De vraag die wordt gesteld luidt:Denkt u dat de voorgenomen verpakkingseisen technisch haalbaar en uitvoerbaar zijn?
Whilst no specific points to raise on technical feasibility, we would like to re-iterate our concern that the removal of complex features on pack in favour of standardisation at low and static levels may open the door to growing counterfeit production. We believe the important health consequences of having increased availability of cheaper, unregulated and potentially harmful product on the market, should not be understated in this assessment.
