I believe the naturalization condition should not be generalized for all. There should be sufficient distinction made between people who are contributing to netherlands and tax system and people who are just relying on social benefits of the government without contributing anything. Legal taxpayers and contributors to society should be allowed to obtain naturalization in 5 years. It will be unfair if highly skilled migrants and asylum/ social benefits seekers are treated in same way.
