Me and my friends with high skilled migrant programs, who are in their 3rd year and waiting desperately for naturalisation, strongly oppose this bill. If govt want to increase it to 10 years then our 30% ruling should also be increase to 10 years. Because it does not make sense to pay higher taxes and still live as a outsider. We should change the country if this bill moves on. Thankyou
