U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.I personally do not like this move as it gives bad impression for the skilled persons outside the netherlands. They will see it will be a difficult country to settle in and why should I bother on that. As from my experience, most of the IT related companies are mostly occupied by people outside the netherlands. So, there will be a huge hit to the IT industry as most of the skilled persons in that field may be going to Germany or UK (in Europe) and netherlands could be the least priority.
