It is a crime against humanity. When you bring a person on HSM visa the promise is made as per act that the citizenship can gained with 5 years of integration into dutch society. With that promise, the person brings his/her family and putting their kid in Dutch school, and husband and wife working hard and pay the higher tax and respects Dutch culture by putting all efforts to integrate to Dutch society. Now, the government tries to break the promise, it's really a crime against humanity. Definitely it should NOT affect peoples who are currently living in Netherland.
