U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
Naturalization in 5 years is one of the attraction for highly skilled immigrants as the salaries are not that attractive and the taxes are very high, I don't think highly skilled immigrants will consider Netherlands if the time frame is extended to 10 years
