U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
This is not a good move. This will strip the country of any tech talent and even the ability for tech companies to recruit here in the future.
People will choose countries like UK as there's no language barrier. Or Australia and New Zealand where there's no language barrier.
With already high personal taxes, wealth taxes, and the reducing 30% ruling, I don't think the government is moving in the right direction to make Netherlands the tech hub of Europe like they wanted to.
People might even choose Switzerland over Netherlands since it has low taxes. This move by the government will KILL the tech industry and startups here in Netherlands.
Tech companies here are already leaving (eg. MessageBird) and there was a strong pushback against reducing 30% ruling. This move will strip the country of any possible wealth. At a time where the entire world is embracing more tech, AI, Netherlands will be left behind.
