To change the 5 year requirement to 10 years will be so demotivating especially for someone like myself that has a child and that has moved here since he was just over 1 year old.
He is now 4 years old and fully integrated in Dutch society, he speaks the language better than English and has learned so much of the Dutch culture.
So I do feel that the longer wait will be unfair to someone like him who knows Dutch society better than his native society and norms.

Please do not instate this regulation.
