U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
I am against extending the residency period for citizenship from 5 to 10 years.
This change could lead to social isolation for immigrants, as it takes longer for them to integrate into Dutch society and develop a sense of belonging, resulting in social inequality.
Economically, a longer period might cause skilled workers to leave the Netherlands in favor of countries with better conditions, leading to a shortage of labor and a decline in economic growth.
