As highly skilled Migrant I feel 5 years are a long period for integration on culture so increasing it is not good option since most of highly skilled migrant will leave the country or new people will be reluctant to come. As after 5 years neutralization is the only charm to make feel home and welcomed in the country. Our kids are already being integrated well, and this is sad for a child to learn new language and after settling not being able to get neutralization fast. Most of highly skilled people will then be giving preference to country with lesser tax or fast passport process to feel part of community and to get sense of belonging.
