U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.This should not affect people who have already migrated. Especially people with HSM are doing their best to integrate in to the society and also working towards the betterment of the economy. So this should be reconsidered or should not affect to the people who have already migrated to the Netherlands.
