U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
I understand the proposal to raise the language level from A2 to B1, but this change should only apply to new arrivals, not to people already living and working in the Netherlands.
The same applies to extending the residency period from 5 to 10 years. It would be unfair to retroactively change the rules for those who have already built their plans based on the 5-year requirement.
Newcomers can adapt to new rules, but current residents should keep the existing conditions.
