I welcome this change and understand that this is undertaken to safeguard the interest of citizens. However, just want to highlight that I have purchased a house in Netherlands with the intent of settling here and it puts those plans in jeopardy. Request to find a transition plan for existing residents and those who are going to enter the country after the law in place thereby allowing them to plan as per the law.
