U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.I disagree!
There are several reasons to my disagreement. But I would like to highlight two main points.
1. This would adversely impact the economy as a whole. Unattractiveness to bring in more outside talent (HSM), companies would consider alternative solutions by investing in off-shore centers and/or alternative delivery models by hiring skills from abroad - which would cut a significant amount of revenue to the government. This would also create a negative image in the global sight as a conservative nation.
2. Unfair for the existing professionals on legitimate visas (HSM) as they have already invested in the economy in terms of delivery of skill, payment of taxes and investment in properties. This would discourage them to stay longer and might force the recent HSMs to consider alternative opportunities. This would be a disaster in the economy.
