In my opinion, I do not support the implementation of the new law, at least not for individuals currently residing in the Netherlands as highly skilled migrants. These individuals did not arrive as asylum seekers and have been consistently contributing to the country by paying taxes. Any changes to the law, in my view, should apply only to those who enter the Netherlands after the new regulations come into effect.
