It is difficult to disagree with the intention behind the proposal. But hhy not extending it to 20 years, or 30 years? Why just 10? Why not 11 or 17? Or 26? Or 50 years? Or why not increase the bar for integration testing at year 5 instead of extending the time required? Why don't you see the value of allowing those who choose to intergrate in 5 years to obtain the citizenship? Tighthen the citizenship testing if you see a problem there instead of doubling the time.
