I understand that the government wants to make migration more difficult, but with laws like this, in reality it only becomes harder for skilled professionals who are beneficial to society, not for illegal migrants. We, as skilled migrants, enter the workforce from day one, pay taxes, and contribute our knowledge and education to the country. These laws only discourage us and push us to consider migrating again, while asylum seekers and illegal migrants will not be affected.
