For those of us that have been here nearly 5 years it seems extremely unfair and unreasonable.
We are skilled migrants from South Africa who pay tax and integrate with the Dutch population.
We have come to NL based on a 5-year plan but now we might have to turn our lives upside down due to a law that was not meant for those of us who enter the Netherlands based on merit.

This new law also affects the people that are actively contributing to the Dutch economy.

Will the 30% ruling also be extended to 10years? That seems only fair, seeing that this law will affect me financially, I feel that the 30% ruling then needs to be extended as well.
