I believe this law should apply only to new applicants from this year onward. For those who are already residing here and are close to completing the naturalization process, this bill would invalidate all their prior efforts and planning made to relocate here, placing them in an unpredictable and discouraging situation. Therefore, on a fair basis, the initial commitment should remain valid for five years for those who migrated before the implementation of this bill.
