I would appose this proposition.

There's no basis of stronger integration if the period is moved from 5 year to 10 years and keeps the people in Limbo who have been actively contributing to the Dutch economy through HSM (highly skilled migrant visa) from last 2-3 years, with a goal of full integration in coming 2-3 years.

Having rules segregated by the way of entry into the country can become beneficial to the society for integration, than directly slamming a 10 year duration as an integration mandatory.

I would request to reconsider the proposal and continue to maintain the 5 year integration plan.
