U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
The enrollment rate of Dutch students in masters level technical programs is much lower than international students. These internationals after their studies move to work with ASML, KLM or other high tech industries.
The reduction in benefit of 30% ruling for HSM visa holders coupled with higher time for naturalization, will make highly skilled professionals shy away from the Netherlands. Apart from highly skilled professionals, the internationals who are working Healthcare (doctors and nurses) would not choose to work and those who already do might move to better places putting more strain on our Healthcare system.
