The whole idea is not a bad one, but few items should be considered in situations like
- What happens to those already in the country who have started their integration
- Do we extend the 30% tax benefits for highly skilled workers because this is a major factor for consideration for them coming over to the country?
- Will this actually improve the lives of people in terms of integration, because this may cause more people to rethink possibly staying here, and this will restart the whole process again.

It will not be fair to people already in the country who had plans and actions before moving over here. Suddenly a change, and if so, they should also extend the monetary benefits of the 30% tax benefits, which were in plan for the 5 previous years extension. It must also be 10 years then to be fair.
