U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.The law (might be necessary) which I understand but it seems a bit unfair to those that made a decision to call Netherlands their home. If the law is implemented in the future date (meaning for new comers), it will be correct that they will be able to made a decision based on the choices they have available of skilled migrants.
Having said that, it's already difficult enough to find skilled labour in the market, changing these conditions will surely affect that as well. Netherlands is already becoming less attractive for skilled labours indeed.
