I support this initiative. It is important step particularly when people from all around initially plan short term and then they stay forever, try to change the local culture or behaviour, look for staying whatever way possible as it's just 5 yr wait. When this wait will prolonged people will either leave or will be discouraged particularly when they think they have Dutch passport now and free to do whatever they plan to do.
