Many expats have to write the integration exam to gain their citizenship, what is the impact of people who have already finished their exams can they use their current diploma to apply for citizenship or will they have to write all the exams again ?
The culture and language integration is mandatory and I really like that, but increasing the level to B1 denies them to opportunity to integrate with A1/A2 people were still good at basics and formed their life and went and integrated noe this increase will mean they have to wait for more time to be proficient and will discourage expats considering
The knowledge migrants were attracted by 30% and when the change to reduce the ruling was made a large sense of that was people who stay post that should integrate and gain citizenship but now this is adding another layer of complexity, does this out the country not so welcoming for knowledge migrants who would like to live here
In my opinion all the exams passed should be honored, as they were paid and were written while they had no context that it will get void which is kind of 30% ruling again I am sure the knowledge migrants will be over thag and can stay or go but as a country why are we making policies to make it complex for knowledge migrants
