Please give exception to people come to the Netherlands before 2021 or to the group of highly skilled people. My wife and I are both IT specialist, we have 4 kids, working 36-40 hours/week. Getting A2 already requires a lot of effort. B1 seems impossible to us and it may prevent us from settling here. Of course we can still work under temp visa but will actively look for another opportunity oversea.
