I am so pleased.with this change... old people, children, anyone with a physical or psychological difficulty will enjoy this change. If mopeds and scooters would ride less fast, less crazy and less impatient it would be fine. But they don't and every month it seems there are more and more of them. With overcrowding of the cities and therefore also bikepaths i am strongly in agreemenr with this change.
