Scooters are very dangerous for cyclists, and they 'contaminate' your healthy ride. They should banned from all bike path everywhere (I live in Amstelveen and ride to Amsterdam every day). I don't see any reason why they should not be in the street with cars, if they have a combustion engine. They are already some parts where scooters are banned, but nobody enforces it, and they ride freely even where it is forbidden, so controls need to be added also.
