Artikel 113, derde lid van de Telecomcode verplicht lidstaten erop toe te zien dat eindgebruikers bij de beëindiging van hun contact de mogelijkheid hebben om de digitale televisie-apparatuur (set-top box) via een kosteloze en gemakkelijke procedure terug te geven, tenzij de aanbieder aantoont dat de digitale televisie-apparatuur volledig interoperabel is met de digitale televisiediensten van andere aanbieders, onder wie ook de aanbieder naar wie de eindgebruiker is overgestapt.

Vraag aan aanbieders:
De vraag is hoe dit in de praktijk is geregeld. Wordt dergelijke apparatuur (set-top box) door de eindgebruiker gekocht of gehuurd? Hoe is vervolgens de teruggave van deze apparatuur geregeld en zijn hieraan kosten verbonden?

I would never use 5 G, so I would never be willing to pay for it.

This is a destructive technology that will endanger the health of humans and animals and should NEVER be installed anywhere. Please, dear Dutch authorities, set an example for the rest of the world and listen to the concerned people and protect your citizens and your precious country. I enjoy visiting the Netherlands often and would not want to be exposed to harmful radiation from 5 G. Please keep the Netherlands as an oasis where the health and well=being of all the people and of the environment have first priority in all public policy decisions.
