I object to this liberticide bill for the following reasons:
- It is too vague and there is a risk of arbitrariness. Terms are insufficiently defined which do not meet the standards of Dutch legislation-making.
-Existing legislation is sufficient in which incitement to violence is punishable. Current legislation Art 132 Sr, contains well-defined conditions, is much more specific and provides for judicial review.

Threat to fundamental freedoms. The proposed legislation threatens to structurally restrict freedom of expression, freedom of the press and the right to demonstrate
- it suggests asymmetric enforcement and therefore discrimination. The proposal gives the impression that it is partly intended to criminalize expressions of solidarity with Palestinian resistance movements.
-The bill in general opens the door to repression of legitimate political speech
