As a mother of two children, dutch citizens, I am appalled by this law. There are no perfect tests, they all have some problems. For the most of the time we used any test together with a clinical picture. We did not deny social life to anyone with HIV positive tests. And what about people who test positive for a long time without having any symptoms? Will we have hordes of Typhoid Mary in near future? This is over medicalization of society which will cost dearly for society at large and individuals.
