U kunt via deze website reageren op alle onderdelen van de regeling en de toelichting.Voor alle duidelijkheid: Deze internetconsultatie gaat alleen over het wetsvoorstel om de RDW in te stellen als onafhankelijke goedkeuringsorganisatie voor bijzondere bromfietsen. De technische eisen voor het kader Lichte Elektrische Voertuigen (LEVs) komen op een later moment aan de orde. Hiervoor volgt dan opnieuw een internetconsultatie.
it doesn't matter which organisation does the type approval for LEV as long as there is a rule to follow. In Germany, KBA is the one who issues the type approval number and approval is granted based on the test report of the technical services, such as TUV Rheinland. In Spain, it's the authorized technical services (such as Idiada) which issue the certification number and do the testing instead of DGT.
Either way is fine. We just need a clear rule to follow.
