This law will really miss the mark. By limiting this alternative to cigarettes and making it's accessibility (no online store), you will simply increase the consumption of cigarettes. There will be no more suitable alternative to help stop smoking.
You would be better off limiting the production and sell of small disposable e-cigarettes sold in grocery store which are really bad for environnement.
