Ik dien bezwaar in tegen de schending van privacy en online vrijheid van meningsuiting die deze wet potentieel vormt. Daarnaast dien ik bezwaar in tegen het feit dat de wet niet de volledige consultatieperiode van vier weken heeft gekregen. Hierdoor heb ik niet de tijd kunnen nemen mij verder te verdiepen en mijn mening beter vorm te geven.
Het is van het grootste beland dat de overheid transparant en conform de wet handelt. Door het inkorten van de consultatietermijn van normaliter 4 naar nu 1 week, houdt de overheid zich niet aan haar eigen richtlijnen.
Tot slot dien ik bezwaar in dat deze wet tijdens de demissionaire periode van het kabinet wordt ingediend. Er is geen reden waarom dit niet kan wachten tot na de vorming van een nieuw kabinet.

In addition, I object to the fact that the law has not been given the full consultation period of four weeks. It is of the utmost importance that the government acts transparently and in accordance with the law. By shortening the consultation period from normally 4 to now 1 week, the government does not adhere to its own guidelines.
Finally, I object that this law will be introduced during the government's caretaker period. There is no reason why this cannot wait until after the formation of a new cabinet.
