Wat vindt u van het wetsvoorstel betaalbare huur en de onderliggende besluiten?As a tenant I feel that it will be much harder to rent a house in the Netherlands if this law will be passed. I don’t mind to pay around 1300-1500/month for an apartment in the city center, but I feel this law will make landlords only willing to rent to people that they know and trust( that will not go to huurcommitie), or they will sell their properties and quit the business. Where can I find rental properties then?
I think this law will create a strange rental market with very limited supply and unchanged demand. Either the rental price above the 187 points will be sky high or the rentals under 187 points will be disappearing.
Gosh, I think for me the chances are more on the sky high side than on the side under 187 points. Waiting for the flood of high rental prices coming, or leaving NL, is the choice I need to make, if this law is passed.
