Doing this will be detrimental. The war on drugs has already failed hugely, people should have complete free will over their conciousness. Research chemical websites have reviews, details about the substance and most people already follow good harm reduction. Research chemicals should remain unregulated with some of the more known RCS being granted some sort of license with labs inspected to a high degree to ensure safe substances. There are plenty of non addictive substances which are much safer than alcohol or cigerettes. Many of the psychedelic RCs have not recorded a single death , take lsd for example or 1plsd which synthesises to lsd when consumed. Banning RCs will just result in a huge surge in black market vendors with zero room for future regulation. People will always use drugs. I myself use drugs but refuse to drink alcohol as I am aware how horrific it is to my body and mind whereas lsd is not. Most drugs are much safer than alcohol with no potential for death if it is the product it claims to be. Take mdma for example. Safer to use when not abused, deaths accounted are due to substances which are NOT mdma being present. Positive regulation of drugs should be the only regulation involved.
