Hello Dutch government, this comes from an non-Dutch EU citizen, I feel impacted as in my country most of the substances mentioned in this article are outlawed and I have to order from Holland to obtain them.
Personally, in 2019 I spent almost a thousand euros on these "Research Chemicals", and, by looking at the bills I receive from the vendors I actually pay almost 20% VAT.
So you want ban them ?
Ok, but I am still going to spend my money, maybe on different products that are already illegal, probably not in Holland, certainly in the black market, and definitely without paying any taxes.
By passing this law you are just going to loose good money from all over the world, and we are still going to buy drugs... Absurd.
