As a father of a homeschooling family (Dutch-Arabic-English) I really support homeschooling for those that choose to do so for their conscience. It should be a possibility for each family that wishes to do so.
The government should trust parents more that they will do the best for their children, and not make homeschooling more difficult and more administration. Please make a better law for the families involved.
